การทำงาน MODBUS RS-485 I/O MODULE I/O MAPPER
PH-08 ถูกนำมาใช้ในระบบ RS-485 MODBUS RTU Protocol ในลักษณะการทำงานแบบ Device to Device Communication คือการส่งคำสั่งระยะไกลผ่านระบบ RS-485 เนื่องจากในระบบ ไม่มี MODBUS Master Device เช่น PC หรือ PLC เป็นตัวจัดการ โดยจะใช้วิธีการจับคู่กันใน ระหว่างแต่ละ Address ของ Module เช่น 16 Digital Input Module Address 1 จะจับคู่กับ 16 Digital Output Module Address 2 เมื่อ Input 1 ของ Address 1 ON จะทำให้ Output 1 ของ Address 2 ON ด้วย หรือในลักษณะเดียวกัน 8 Analog input (0-20 mA/0-10 VDC) Address 3 จะจับคู่กับ 8 Analog Output (0-20 mA/0-10 VDC) Address 4 เมื่อ Analog input 1 ของ Address 3 รับสัญญาณ 12 mA จะทำให้ Analog output 1 ของ Address 4 ขับสัญญาณ 12 mA ออกมาด้วยเช่นกัน โดยการ Configured for Mapping ผ่าน PC (Computer)
